FACILITIES AND LOCATION
Rockin B Ranch is located on 2.5 park-like acres in south Anchorage. The facilities boast a 72′ x110′ indoor riding arena barn with 10 box stalls, heated feed and tack rooms. The riding area is 60′ x 100′.
The 100′ x 150′ paneled outdoor riding arena includes dressage markers, barrels, pole bending poles and a variety of jumps. A grassy spectator area has light fencing, shade trees and low bleachers.
Adjacent to the property is the Little Rabbit Creek Bluff park, with scenic wooded trails. This park is virtually unknown to the Anchorage population, and a best kept neighborhood secret!
Directions: Take New Seward Hwy to the Rabbit Creek Road exit. Turn left (eastbound), then drive ¼ mile toward the mountains. Turn right (southbound) on Old Seward Hwy. Drive ¼ mile to Ptarmigan Terrace, turn left (eastbound). Rockin’ B Ranch is on the left at 3741 Ptarmigan Terrace.
