(Do not follow google maps! Ptarmigan Terrace is really bad this year!) Head south on New Seward Hwy to Rabbit Creek Exit. Turn Left, toward the Mountains. Go 1/2 mile to Loc Loman, Turn Right. Go 1/4 mile to the end of the road. Turn right on Ptarmigan Terrace, past the brown house.
